Hambleton Inclusive Sports have groups open to members of the local community to come and participate in Boccia and Kurling activities. The activities provide an opportunity to socialise as well as the opportunity to participate in a low intensity sports group

All groups also have the opportunity to participate in Special Olympics regional competitions (providing they meet the criteria outlined by special Olympics in that they have a severe learning disability).

Fuse is a high quality inclusive youth theatre project, bringing together young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) with their non SEND peers, delivered by Connecting Youth Culture in partnership with North Yorkshire County Councils Prevention Service.
There are seven Fuse groups across North Yorkshire, delivering weekly youth theatre workshop delivered by professional theatre makers which lead to two performances per year. The sessions are also staffed by specialist support workers and assistance for transport is also provided.

The specialist Centre provides a wonderful range of sensory experiences and therapeutic and developmental opportunities and support to visitors. It also provides a haven for those clients and their families and carers who are seeking respite and relaxation and an opportunity to meet. It will includes a large studio based specialist multi- sensory environment for groups of up to 14 in number and a smaller environment for more personalised use by up to 2 clients. The Pendragon Multi-sensory centre has full hoisting facilities and a purpose built changing room for people using the centre.

Foxglove Covert LNR,
Foxglove Covert Local Nature Reserve covers 100 acres of moorland edge adjacent to Cambrai Lines at Catterick and has a remarkable mix of habitats and species. The reserve contains semi-natural woodland, heathland, flower-rich grassland, streams, ponds, a lake, willow and alder carr, coniferous woodlands and wet meadows.
